I had the pleasure of meeting Joshua many years ago when he was one of the judges of the then Wella awards. Although he was judging and I a mere competitor I new then that he seemed different from the usual hairdressing glitteraty, he was a natural, unpretentious, kind man. Throughout my hairdressing career I had seen him to smile, nod and say hello to and who always responded with warmth and recognition. I would have liked to have got to know him better. A trully lovely man who will be remembered and honoured by those that new him and even those who might have just crossed paths with him.
